If you’re visiting this site you’re obviously a fan of all things fashion, and I am sure you have noticed the ever increasing popularity of “street style.” Rather than turning to the runways and magazines for inspiration, we tend to visit websites or blogs that feature images of everyday people, going about their everyday lives, wearing incredibly stylish, inspirational outfits. There is an emphasis on individual style and creativity, rather than how well one can follow the latest trend.

Arguably the founder of this “street style” phenomenon is Scott Schuman, the man behind The Sartorialist, a blog that began because “I…simply [wanted] to share photos of people that I saw on the streets of New York that I thought looked great.” Much to our delight, Schuman has recently released a book that encapsulates his favourite images of everyday stylish people doing their thing around the world.
